Since 1991, Spring Footwear has delivered comfort, style, and quality to customers worldwide. We are excited to expand Spring Step Shoes to West Palm Beach and are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our retail location.

Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role helps manage staff, merchandising, and store execution while maintaining Spring Step brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations and team leadership
  • Drive sales performance and customer engagement
  • Coach, train, and develop store associates
  • Assist with recruiting and retaining top talent
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
  • Support inventory management and loss prevention
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor
