At The Warehouse & Maroon U, we're not just another retail store. We are home to the Largest Collegiate Retail Store in the World and one of the premier destinations for Texas A&M apparel, gifts, and game day traditions. If you're equal parts creative visionary and strategic thinker, we want to meet you.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE

As our Visual Merchandiser, you'll own the customer experience from the moment someone walks through the doors. • Help plan promotions, events, and new collections
  • Contribute ideas that improve both customer experience and business performance

Lead on the Sales Floor

  • Coach store associates on merchandising standards
  • Guide floor resets and merchandising projects
  • Maintain high presentation standards throughout the store

You combine creativity with business sense and understand that great merchandising doesn't just look good. It engages the customer and makes it hard for them to leave the store without a purchase.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2-5 years of visual merchandising or retail merchandising experience
  • Strong eye for design, presentation, and detail
  • Experience creating floor plans, displays, and merchandising strategies
  • Ability to analyze sales data and turn insights into action
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You'll be successful when you:

  • Create displays customers can't help but stop and shop
  • Increase sales through strategic merchandising
  • Execute flawless seasonal transitions
  • Keep the sales floor looking exceptional every day
  • Inspire your teammates to maintain high visual standards
  • Use data to continuously improve the customer experience

WHY JOIN THE WAREHOUSE & MAROON U?
