We are looking for a talented full-time Visual Merchandiser for our Flagship Store in San Francisco to join our retail teams. This position is based in San Francisco, CA. Reporting to the Store Manager and the US VM Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Be the VM representative in the store:
  • Ensure optimal product presentation in line with Sézane's DNA;
  • Offer customers an inspiring shopping experience;
  • Rotate racks, mannequins, tables, and wall displays according to collection releases and stock levels;
  • Organize your work according to needs, priorities, and the commercial schedule, ensuring deadlines are met.

Oversee the layout of spaces:
  • Be responsible for Point of Sale advertising and merchandising materials.
  • Manage and monitor florals, decorative objects, etc.
  • Ensure the smooth running of installations and work (window displays, product presentation updates, pop-ups, photo shoots, events, etc.).

Raise awareness and train teams:
  • Train and raise awareness among sales advisors on maintaining VM
  • Communicate and circulate VM information (photos, merch sheets, product focus, VM standards, trends, etc.);
  • Maintain active communication with the various managers in order to best meet their expectations;
  • Collaborate with the stock team to prepare VM rotations (picking new items, streaming, pricing, anti-theft measures, etc.);
  • Ensure that information is reported to the Manager as needed to adapt guidelines.
