Burson is looking for a talented, highly motivated Senior Account Executive with strong writing, visual content creation, and digital publishing experience to join our growing team.

This role is a unique opportunity to work on a premier, global account focused on sustainable agriculture, supply chain traceability, and environmental metrics. If you have an active interest in sustainability, fashion retail, or supply chain communications, and want to do creative, integrated work that drives measurable global impact, we want to hear from you.

Our team is fast-paced, deeply collaborative, and cares about delivering exceptional work. The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter, a strong writer, and a visual storyteller who can translate complex, data-driven sustainability concepts into compelling, humanized narratives for a wide variety of audiences.

This can be a hybrid or fully remote role in US EST and CST time zones.
What you'll do:
  • Multi-Audience Copywriting & Content Creation: Write, edit, and keep up-to-date a wide range of deliverables-including compelling member spotlights (featuring farmers, supply chain partners, and global brands), educational one-pagers, FAQs, newsletter content, and website copy.
  • Visual Storytelling & Design: Translate complex ideas into visually engaging, high-impact PowerPoint presentations and collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  •  Audience Translation: Shift writing styles and tones to engage highly diverse target audiences-ranging from local growers and agricultural producers to supply chain partners (mills, merchants) and executive sustainability leaders at global fashion brands and retailers.
  • Digital & Social Publishing: Manage day-to-day digital updates on platforms like WordPress and draft, schedule, and publish engaging social media content via Sprout Social.
  • Account Coordination: Help keep deliverables, content calendars, and project trackers organized, ensuring the team meets rolling deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Bring a deep curiosity and willingness to dive into the technical details of sustainable farming, environmental footprints (water, soil, carbon emissions), and supply chain logistics to ensure all content is scientifically credible yet highly accessible.
Experience that contributes to success:
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of communications/PR experience (agency experience is highly preferred; in-house experience in a relevant sector is also welcome).
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or a demonstrated, active interest in sustainability, agriculture, fashion retail, corporate ESG, or supply chain logistics.
  • Versatile Writer: A proven portfolio of writing for different audiences with distinct voices, showing an ability to make technical or data-heavy topics easy to understand.
  • Tech & Design Savvy: Hands-on experience and strong proficiency with:
