The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Visual Merchandising to:
- Execute visual guidelines with precision and adapt to store architecture while maintaining brand standards.
- Conduct mapping sessions and on-floor coaching; review photos and provide actionable feedback.
- Partner with District and Store Managers on KPI insights and develop store-level action plans.
- Support new store openings and renovations with on-site training and readiness checks.
- Conduct in-store training sessions within the assigned market and develop best practices.
- Manage visual projects and field initiatives from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables, follow-up, and cross-functional coordination across North America.
