Job description

Our Ice Cream Scoopers (Purveyor of Yum), create magical and memorable moments in Parlor for all guests. Responsible for creating a positive guest experience by greeting guests, assisting with selection of handcrafted flavors and/or curated merchandise, answering questions, processing sales, and maintaining parlors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Scoop, serve and engage guests by greeting guests, answering inquiries about our decadent flavors and offering personalized recommendations. Provide consistent and correct scoop sizes.
  • Sales & Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the point of sale (POS) system. Promote sales, loyalty programs, and upselling techniques.
  • Store Operations: Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, set up displays, maintain cleanliness, and perform inventory tasks such as receiving shipments.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Loss Prevention: Follow safe work practices and security policies to prevent theft.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail or food service preferred
