About the Role

The GMP Visual Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring product quality by performing detailed visual inspections of pharmaceutical products in accordance with approved procedures and GMP requirements.

This role is well-suited for someone who has 20/20 vision either on your own or with glasses/lenses, is observant, patient, dependable, and comfortable working in structured environments where accuracy matters more than speed. Success in this position comes from consistency, focus, and a willingness to raise questions when something doesnโ€™t look right.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform visual inspection of drug products according to approved SOPs and GMP standards
  • Identify and segregate acceptable and non-conforming units
  • Document inspection results clearly, completely, and in real time
  • Follow gowning, hygiene, and cleanroom requirements
  • Maintain focus during repetitive tasks while meeting quality expectations
  • Escalate issues, defects, or concerns promptly
  • Support investigation activities and quality reviews
  • Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, QA, and other support teams
