To thrive as a Visual Inspection Technician, you need keen attention to detail, strong observational abilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent, often complemented by experience in quality control or manufacturing. Familiarity with inspection tools such as magnifiers, microscopes, and digital imaging systems, as well as adherence to industry standards like ISO 9001, is typically required.
