What You'll Do

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.
  • Conduct destructive and non-destructive product testing.
  • Monitor production processes and identify quality concerns before they become larger issues.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Assist with quality audits and support compliance with company and customer requirements.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Help calibrate and maintain inspection equipment.
  • Partner with production and engineering teams to improve quality and reduce defects.
  • Contribute ideas that improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
