Supports in the execution of monthly visual merchandising direction, seasonal showroom presentations, and gathering information from field teams prior to and after product setups. This individual will partner with Regional Merchandising, Sales, Planning, Marketing, and 3D Production teams to support business needs and visual initiatives across all Wholesale channels.

What You'll Do:

  • Support seasonal showroom installations and updates for all Wholesale Mainline, DFG and Off-Price product categories
  • Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of visual merchandising props, fixtures, and marketing materials
  • Maintain showroom visual standards between meetings, market appointments, and executive presentations
  • Participate in floor-set reviews and showroom walkthroughs to gain understanding of brand visual standards
  • Coordinate product placement and replenishment to ensure showroom readiness
  • Partner with Sales and Merchandising teams to gather seasonal assortment information, door lists, distribution details, and support visual merchandising recommendations
  • Support the development, updates an of monthly and quarterly visual merchandising guidelines and guides for wholesale accounts and CKNA product categories, including organization of product assortments, imagery, marketing assets, floor-set information, and product details
  • Assist in the development of visual layouts, digital renderings, planograms, and presentation materials utilizing company-approved software and design tools
  • Support the development, customization, and execution of seasonal merchandising guides for key retail partners, within DFG, TUG and OP
  • Assist in the development of seasonal Zone-o-grams for all licensed businesses
  • Help bring merchandising concepts to life, from sell-in to store execution by assisting in store visits, new store openings, remodels, pop-up activations, and special events as needed
  • Assist in gathering field feedback, execution photos, and store observations

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-3 years of visual merchandising, retail, fashion, marketing, or related experience
  • Internship experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, styling, or fashion preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related field
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Creative mindset with an interest in fashion, retail, and visual presentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred
  • Proficiency with SketchUp is a plus
  • Strong interest in fashion trends and retail environments.
  • Limited travel required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to assist with showroom setup and merchandising projects
  • Occasional lifting and movement of visual merchandising materials and fixtures required

Pay Range:$60,800---$87,800PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
