Job description

Responsible for the effective development, execution, and measurement of select internal/external multimedia communications in alignment with marketing strategy and the company's key initiatives for growth. Primary source for marketing photography, videography, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, produce, deploy, and measure all internal/external video marketing & advertising.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality library of professional photography with application for seasonal marketing, advertising, and e-commerce.
  • Plan, produce, deploy, and measure all social media communications, growing the application and effectiveness of relevant channels via organic/paid posts.
  • Own the organization's response on review platforms, routinely monitoring channels and maintaining high response times.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service online by way of timely response to social media questions/comments.
  • Deliver exceptional service internally (leadership, co-workers, farms) by way of timely response to requests.
  • Facilitate top-down and cross-departmental internal communication initiatives.
  • Facilitate various programs through administrative, design, and production support.
  • Assist in the planning, production, and execution of special events.
  • Maintain a competitive and innovative stance by monitoring the visual/social presence of peers/competitors and continuously refreshing working knowledge of emerging trends/technologies as it relates to marketing photography, videography, and social media.
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts/Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, a related field, or 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and/or related programs.
  • Excellent communicator in both the written and verbal forms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and associated copywriting.
  • Creative yet process-driven with an appreciation for analytics.
  • Excellent methods for ensuring personal organization and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on multiple projects with moving parts.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of the industry and be flexible and open to new ideas and changes.
  • Experience working in website content management systems (WordPress or other).
