Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced Senior Gaming Art Generalist to join our Electronic Gaming team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate is a highly versatile game artist with experience creating and implementing production-ready game assets for casino, slot, social casino, or related gaming products. You will be involved in every stage of game development, from concept exploration and visual prototyping through final asset implementation, optimization, and release. This role works closely with Design, Engineering, Production, Audio, and QA to deliver high-quality Electronic Pull Tab games that entertain players while supporting charitable organizations.


Primary Roles and Responsibilities


Leadership and Team Support:

  • Work closely with the Creative Manager to own visual content implementation throughout the entire game development lifecycle, from concept through release.
  • Create high-quality game art assets including symbols, UI elements, logos, characters, backgrounds, animations, and visual effects.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Production, Audio, and QA teams to ensure visual quality and technical performance goals are achieved.
  • Research market trends, competitor products, and emerging visual styles within casino and gaming industries to inform product direction.
  • Develop rapid prototypes, mockups, and visual explorations during pre-production to communicate gameplay concepts and establish artistic direction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve artistic and technical implementation issues throughout production.
  • Maintain organized project files, documentation, naming conventions, and version control practices to support efficient team workflows.
  • Ensure all assets meet quality, usability, memory, and performance requirements across supported platforms.
  • Participate in art reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help establish and maintain visual standards across products.
  • Mentor and support artists through artistic guidance, technical instruction, and pipeline best practices.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Artistic Contribution:

  • Conceptualize and design visuals for layouts, UI, logos, characters, and other game elements across multiple styles and themes.
  • Create and animate high-quality 2D game assets and VFX.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets to meet production deadlines while maintaining visual consistency.
Requirements:

Experience and Education

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in game art development, preferably within casino gaming, social casino, slot gaming, or related industries.
  • Professional experience developing casino gaming, slot machine, social casino, or charitable gaming products.
  • Experience with Unity or comparable game engines.
  • Experience with Spine, 3D software packages (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D), or motion graphics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping multiple game titles from concept through release.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of game asset creation pipelines, optimization techniques, and real-time implementation constraints.
  • Experience integrating assets into game engines, proprietary tools, or similar production environments.
  • Solid understanding of animation principles and experience creating or implementing 2D and/or 3D animations.
  • Exceptional artistic skills including composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and character design.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize proprietary software and development tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote environment.


Preferred Experience:

  • Gaming or casino-related knowledge or background.
  • Knowledge of animation principles. Usage of Spine is considered a plus
  • Experience with 3D Software (Maya, Blender, etc.).
