What you will be doing:
  • Develops and produces visual communications that support marketing, sales, employee engagement, and corporate initiatives.
  • Designs print and digital materials, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, signage, trade show graphics, and other branded assets.
  • Creates content for websites, social media, email campaigns, digital displays, and intranet platforms.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
  • Ensures brand consistency and quality across all communications.
  • Manages multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines and business needs.
  • Uses project management software to track requests, approvals, and timelines.
  • Maintains digital asset libraries, templates, photography, and brand resources.
  • Prepares and reviews files for print and digital production.
  • Coordinates with printers, vendors, and external partners to ensure quality and cost-effective execution.
  • Stays current on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible professional graphic design experience required.
  • Experience managing complex creative projects from concept through final production required.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual communications, creative problem-solving, and multi-channel design.
  • Experience supporting both print and digital marketing initiatives preferred.

Computer Skills
Advanced:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design
