Job description

About us:

The Stellantis Design Studio (SDS) operates as a Design Consultancy for the 14 Internal
Stellantis brands and externally with independent organizations developing products or brands. The SDS creative team works on multiple projects ranging from product and mobility design to motion graphic and communication design for a broad range of clients and across sectors. The purpose of this role is to support the Creative Director with the implementation of the vision of the studio through the efficient, creative development and delivery of design projects for both internal and external clients.


Job Summary:

As a creative graphic designer, the candidate will be skilled in creating and delivering
impactful visuals and presentations in diverse projects within design studio. Projects can range from internal presentations to visual communications for product and tech projects. Candidate will be working closely with various teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all project touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Work with creative director, design team, and other cross functional teams to create, develop,
    and deliver exceptional graphic design and visualization for various projects across both internal
    and external clients
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and
    incorporate feedback into designs
  • Stay up-to-date and conduct research on industry trends and technologies to ensure designs are
    fresh and innovative
  • Clearly communicate design concept intent to the design team, Creative Director, workflow
    manager, head of Stellantis Design Studio, internal client ( PDT ), and stakeholders
  • Respond to client feedback and direction from Creative Director when required
  • Contribute positively to the implementation of the vision and future success of the Studio
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or an Automotive field
  • Proven experience as a Creative Graphic Designer in the areas of art & illustration, UI design, motion graphics, and visual identity
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience demonstrating creative and technical expertise
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign )
  • Proficiency in presentations tools such as Powerpoint
  • Experience with UI/UX design and great knowledge of designing for web and mobile platforms
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
  • Proficiency in AI tools
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to details on design principles, color theory, and
    typography
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with UI/UX design and familiarity with designing for web and mobile platforms
  • Adaptability, Team spirit, Collective mindset, Solution-oriented, Flexibility in communication, Proactive attitude to make proposals in pressured setting

Preferred Qualification:

  • 3D modeling and animation skills (ie Blender, Maya)
