Job Description HII Mission Technologies is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer (Technical Artist 3-5) to join our team at HII Mission Technologies, supporting defense and military communications through various forms of digital media content production. This role requires a creative professional who can handle sensitive information while delivering high-quality visual solutions across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing Graphic Designer expertise used in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Identity Management (IdM) systems and cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information and critical infrastructure for our government and military clients. They will provide operational support to IdM physical and virtual activities, and will work independently or in a small teams developing digital media content and providing recommendations to fulfill IdM requirements. Essential Job Responsibilities * Create and edit digital media content including images, videos, and animations * Develop original graphic designs for military and defense-related projects * Produce professional print materials and interactive UX/UI designs * Execute photography assignments and post-production editing * Create 2D/3D graphics and animations for technical presentations * Maintain digital content production studio standards * Will specialize in the creation of original content, story boarding, and creation of novel material from multiple sources and modification of previously produced material. * Develops and coordinates all digital and physical content requirements related to activities consistent with unique dossier/legends. * Writes, develops, edits, and publishes content for digital platforms. * Responsible for maintaining and tracking dossier/legend information and metrics while managing and fulfilling requests made by supported elements and staff. * Support storyboard development and content creation * Manage and track project metrics and documentation * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content requirements * Offers recommendations, leads testing initiatives, and provides solutions to resolve complex system issues. * Applies extensive technical expertise in operational-related content creation and intelligence tradecraft within cyber and physical domains and has knowledge of other related disciplines. Minimum Qualifications * Level 3 = 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. * Level 4 = 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. * Level 5 = 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience. * TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph (required) * 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design * Experience with various techniques applied to identity management methodologies * Experience in defense or government sector, including but not limited to the Intelligence Community, CCMDs (J2X/3X), or Federal Law Enforcement in the specialty areas of CI/HUMINT, Cyber, SIGINT * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Experience with video editing software (Premier Pro, After Effects) * Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and HTML * Strong portfolio demonstrating various digital media projects * Experience with the following: * * Adobe Creative Suite * Video editing software * Audio editing tools * 3D modeling software * Web development tools * Photography equipment * Content Management Systems #LI-RM1 Preferred Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field * Experience with various techniques applied to identity management methodologies. * Experience in defense or government sector, including but not limited to the Intelligence Community, CCMDs (J2X/3X), or Federal Law Enforcement in the specialty areas of CI/HUMINT, Cyber, SIGINT * Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software * Expertise in photography and audio production * Understanding of web development and responsive design * Experience with classified information handling * Familiarity with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) principles. * Experience in determining the operational validity of a unit's risk management Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) * Knowledge of various open sources, digital behaviors, and common platforms used in one or more CCMD AORs * Completion of one or more of the following JCITA Courses: * * Fundamentals of Sensitive Support * Advanced Planners Course * Advanced Technicians Course * Due Diligence Course Physical Requirements * Office/studio environment * May require occasional travel * Must be able to work in secure facilities The listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
