The Senior Visual Designer is responsible for creating cohesive, high-quality creative through thoughtful design systems, art direction, and strong visual direction. Success in this role looks like delivering impactful work that strengthens brand consistency, supports business goals, and creates a seamless experience across channels.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Designer Fundamentals
  • Expert in print and digital files and development
  • Production artist capabilities such a design in ideally the fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce.
  • Strong background either in a degree and/or past work experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates high-level concepting and polished execution across digital and print.
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
  • Strong understanding of art direction, photography, and storytelling through design.
  • Confidently providing thoughtful feedback and creative direction to junior designers, freelancers, and agency partners.
  • Mastery in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
