JSM & Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who is strategic and visually driven to elevate our brand within the aviation industry. In this role, the Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives that showcase our current and next-generation aviation concepts. Will blend B2B marketing strategies with luxury brand management, ensuring our design capabilities resonate with commercial airlines, airport architects, and airport decision-makers. This is a career-track opportunity, and we are looking for an individual ready to commit to a long-term professional future with our company, with an expected commitment of at least 1 year.

Job Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and maintain our brand identity across all touchpoints, positioning the firm as a premier leader in aviation design and innovation
  • Translate highly technical project accomplishments and design concepts into elegant, accessible marketing stories

Campaign Management & Content Creation

  • Oversee the production of high-end marketing collateral, including digital lookbooks, design portfolios, case studies, and video content
  • Manage our digital presence, including the company website, email marketing, and social media channels (with a heavy focus on LinkedIn and visual platforms like Instagram/Vimeo for design showcases)
  • Coordinate with internal design and 3D rendering teams to source striking visuals for press releases and promotional materials

Business Development & Proposal Support

  • Partner with the Sales and Business Development teams to craft visually stunning, highly persuasive proposals, pitch decks, and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses for commercial clients
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in aviation, e.g., sustainable aviation materials and passenger experience trends, to inform marketing focus

PR & Event Management

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of our presence at major aviation trade shows and design expos
  • Maintain relationships with aviation and design trade publications; draft press releases and secure editorial coverage for new concept launches or completed projects

Deliverables & Scope of Work

Collateral & Portfolio Development

  • Audit & Refresh: Evaluate existing marketing assets and update corporate pitch decks, capabilities statements, and design case studies to align with current brand standards
  • Content Creation: Partner with internal aviation designers and 3D rendering teams to extract visual assets and draft compelling, technically accurate copy for digital lookbooks and project portfolios

Proposal & RFP Support

  • Pitch-Ready Assets: Collaborate directly with Business Development to build and visually format high-stakes proposals and RFP responses for aviation architects, commercial airlines, and airport executives
  • Template Optimization: Create modular, reusable presentation templates that the sales team can easily customize moving forward

Campaign & Digital Execution

  • Launch Strategy: Plan and execute a targeted digital campaign surrounding our latest aviation design concepts or completed projects
  • Channel Management: Maintain and optimize the company's B2B digital footprint (primarily LinkedIn and the company website/blog) during the contract period


  • Safety and compliance training as required
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the aviation design sector
  • Proven track record of managing a premium or B2B brand, with an eye for clean, sophisticated design aesthetics
  • Ability to confidently navigate industry terminology (e.g., line-fit, retrofit, passenger experience/PaxEx, FAA/EASA constraints) without a steep learning curve
  • Exceptional writing skills capable of bridging technical engineering with elegant storytelling. Must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation platforms to polish final deliverables
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to navigate both technical engineering data and creative design concepts
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and premium presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint) is highly preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, sit for long periods of time, bend, use hands to manipulate (type), talk and hear; walk and sit
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
