As a design-build firm, we manage every aspect of the process in-house. Our design studio brings together architectural and interior designers who work collaboratively with project managers.
Our culture is built on accountability, teamwork, and pride in our work. We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Project Design Manager to join our team of designers and project managers. Qualifications
  • Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD)
  • Strong visual awareness with a keen eye for detail
  • Compelling design / architectural portfolio
  • Knowledge of building products, construction methods, and applicable codes and regulations
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • 5+ years of architectural drafting experience
Core Responsibilities
  • Participate in new home designs, additions, renovations - from concept through completion
  • Translate client visions into functional and aesthetically refined designs
  • Develop 3D models and project renderings
  • Produce detailed construction documents, and revise as needed
  • Research, present, compile and coordinate project specifications and selections
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, trades, engineers, and other construction professionals
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and report on project status
  • Manage the Design Team, ie; oversee project assignments, payroll approvals, work quality and productivity

Pay Range: $72,000 - $95,000 Dependent on Experience
