As our New York office continues to expand, we're seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Integrated Planner to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic media professional who is passionate about financial services, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities include:
  • Support the day-to-day planning and stewardship of assigned client business
  • Assist in developing integrated media plan recommendations across tactical and custom activations aligned to client goals
  • Analyze campaign performance and help develop insights, key takeaways, and optimization recommendations
  • Support budget management, flowcharts, and campaign pacing to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectives
  • Develop RFPs and coordinate with media partners under the guidance of senior team members
  • Maintain visibility into active projects across planning, digital, and investment teams
  • Support client communications by responding promptly and professionally to requests
  • Assist with project timelines and help coordinate cross-functional inputs to meet deadlines

Skills required for this position:
  • 1.5-3 years of media planning and/or digital buying experience within a media agency
  • Working knowledge of full-funnel, cross-channel media, including Digital (Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Content, Display), Print, TV/OTT, OOH, and Audio
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and report on KPIs
  • Familiarity with media tools such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick/DFA, Google Data Studio, Prisma, or similar platforms
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and media partners
  • Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative team player with a desire to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel

Financial Services experience preferred but not required
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$65,000-$73,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
