Job description

ON-CAMERA CONTENT CREATOR WANTED
Role: On-Camera Content Creator
Location: Los Angeles - Hybrid Preferred | US Remote considered
Type: Part-time (Hourly Contractor)
Pay: $20-40/hr
Do you love creating content and being the person in front of the camera? We want to hear from you.
About TubeScience
At TubeScience, we create the best-performing video ads on the internet - content so good that viewers choose to watch it. We're LA's largest performance creative agency, and we're looking for creators who can shoot scroll-stopping content.
Our 55,000 sq ft production facility in the Arts District has 25 sets - everything from white cycloramas to fully built kitchens and living rooms - plus an in-house team to help with casting, styling, and post-production.
You don't need a traditional advertising or marketing background. If you know how to create engaging content, feel confident on camera, understand what makes someone stop scrolling, and are excited to learn the strategy behind high-performing ads, we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Do
โ€ข Shoot up to 10 pieces of content a week across a variety of DTC brands, collaborating with a Creative Strategist or Creative Strategy Lead
โ€ข Create content across in the categories you know best - whether haircare, beauty, skincare, health & wellness, pet products, food & beverage, apps, and more
โ€ข Shoot and edit content on your phone - fast, scrappy iPhone content and B-roll
โ€ข Be on camera (UGC-style) and collaborate with others - friends, creators, and actors
โ€ข Use performance data to guide what you shoot next
What You Bring
โ€ข Experience creating video content for social media (portfolio required);
โ€ข On-camera experience or UGC background;
โ€ข Ability to shoot high-quality video on an iPhone;
โ€ข Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools;
โ€ข Strong understanding of social platforms and what performs;
โ€ข Organized, communicative, and fast-moving.
โ€ข Bonus Points
โ€ข You've created content that drove real results (sales, sign-ups, engagement)
โ€ข Experience working with brands or in fast-paced environments
Who Thrives Here
โ€ข Creators who love being on camera and producing high-volume content
โ€ข Self-starters who take initiative
โ€ข Collaborative, positive team players
โ€ข Fast learners interested in strategy and performance
This role can grow into a full-time Visual Strategist position at a company that promotes from within.
