Visual and Graphics Designer 2

What You'll Achieve
As a Visual and Graphics Designer 2, you will lead the development of visual design solutions across products, packaging. This role is primarily focused on graphic design, visual storytelling, brand expression, and product visual identity. You will collaborate closely with Industrial Designers, Packaging Engineers, CMF teams, Brand, Software, Marketing, and external partners to create cohesive, meaningful, and impactful customer experiences. The ideal candidate combines exceptional graphic design expertise with a deep understanding of product aesthetics, visual identity systems, and 3D visualization. You should be equally comfortable creating a product logo, developing a visual language for a product family, generating compelling renderings, and translating design trends into future product experiences.
Responsibilities
You Will
โ€ข Lead end-to-end visual design projects from research and concept development through final execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards, customer needs, and manufacturing requirements.
โ€ข Create compelling visual design solutions including packaging graphics, product graphics, visual identities, branded assets, and digital content including wallpaper that strengthen brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
โ€ข Develop product visual identity systems, including logos, iconography, graphic patterns, and signature visual elements that enhance product differentiation and brand expression.
โ€ข Partner closely with Industrial Design and CMF teams to create integrated product experiences where graphics, materials, finishes, and form work together seamlessly.
โ€ข Leverage advanced visualization and AI-powered creative tools to develop renderings, visual storytelling assets, concept explorations, and production-ready design solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
โ€ข 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, brand design, product graphics, packaging graphics, or related creative disciplines
โ€ข Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, branding, product visual identity, packaging graphics, digital content, and storytelling
โ€ข Demonstrated experience developing visual identity systems, including logos, iconography, graphic patterns, branded product graphics, and scalable design systems
โ€ข Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
โ€ข Strong visualization and rendering skills, including the ability to create photorealistic renderings and compelling visual stories using tools such as KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent, with experience leveraging AI-assisted creative tools
Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial design, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $102,000-$132,000.
