Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead the development of a comprehensive Visual Merchandising Fixture Guide. This project is a critical component of a new retail store initiative, serving as the master resource for fixture standards and spatial capabilities. You will translate complex operational concepts into a visually compelling, professional catalog that guides store teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate can balance high-level aesthetics with functional clarity, ensuring that technical spatial data is presented as an engaging visual story.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Design & Publication: Conceptualize, design, and layout a comprehensive merchandising book (digital and print-ready formats) that establishes fixture density standards.
โ€ข Visual Storytelling: Translate complex merchandising and operational strategies into clear, easy-to-understand graphics, diagrams, and instructional layouts.
โ€ข Technical Illustration: Create detailed fixture density diagrams and supporting visuals that clearly communicate store design capabilities.
