What You'll Do

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Creative Director, the Creative Services Manager manages the day-to-day operations and production of the in-house creative team, supervising graphic designers and content creators to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative across all channels. This role translates creative direction and campaign objectives into actionable production assignments, manages workflows and timelines, and ensures all creative output meets brand standards, deadlines, and quality expectations in support of the property's marketing goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

  • Promote and support a culture of excellence at Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino by modeling STRC values, delivering exceptional guest service, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Provide exceptional guest service throughout all interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and departmental policies, including requirements of the Gaming Commission and applicable state and federal authorities.
  • Supervise, schedule, and manage the daily work of graphic designers and content creators, assigning projects and balancing workloads to meet deadlines; recommend candidates for hire and provide input on personnel actions.
  • Manage creative production workflow from intake through delivery, translating creative briefs and direction from the Creative Director into clear production assignments and schedules.
  • Oversee the creative production cycle — design, copywriting coordination, photography and video production, pre-press, and final quality checks — ensuring output is on-brand, to specification, and on schedule.
  • Conduct first-level review of creative work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards before routing to the Creative Director for final approval.
  • Maintain production schedules, project-management systems, and the creative team's calendar, tracking status and proactively resolving bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and other property teams to align with the Creative Director's initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external contractors, including photographers, videographers, and specialty fabricators, as needed, maintaining quality standards and cost controls.
  • Support the development and mentoring of creative staff, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Ensure all creative work complies with applicable advertising regulations, including restrictions on claims, imagery, and promotional offers, and maintain organized asset libraries and version control.
  • Demonstrate dependability and reliability by maintaining regular, punctual attendance and consistently fulfilling assigned shifts and responsibilities.
  • Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote healthy team member relations and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related creative field. A combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
  • Four (4) years' experience in creative design, production, or creative services, including at least one (1) year of supervisory or lead experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative production workflows and deadlines across print, digital, social, and multimedia.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and contractors, and managing production quality and costs.
  • Strong portfolio or demonstrated record of on-brand creative production.
  • Willing and available to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
