• Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field (HCI, graphic, interactive or communication design) with appropriate work experience;
• 5+ years of hands-on work experience in a relevant field;
• Strong design sensibilities (research, interaction, and visual) and attention to detail is a must;
• Proficiency with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator;
• The ability to prototype using HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a must;
• Excellent command of CSS and a deep knowledge of user-centered design methodologies;
• Outstanding communication, design thought-leadership, presentation and storytelling skills;
• Experience with visualizing Big Data analytics and CRM a big plus.
