The role requires strong communication skills and experience in Agile processes, with responsibilities including backend services design and implementation, stakeholder management, and ensuring quality and performance of the systems.
Responsibilities:
• Develop Go programs.
• Participate in design and review forums.
• Work in Agile environment.
• Stakeholder management for working with various teams and people for enabling the delivery.
• Strong team player and communicator.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Golang, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale systems.
• Advanced knowledge of testing, observability, and production operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong written and visual communication skills for technical documentation and diagrams.
• Agile process expertise is a mandate.
Preferred:
• Java and Microservices experience is a good to have.
• Develop and maintain OneApp-based applications (highly preferred).
