Position Summary
Resilient Solutions Plus is seeking a project specific creative and visually driven Graphic Narrator to transform ideas, stories, concepts, and information into compelling visual narratives. The Graphic Narrator combines graphic design, storytelling, and communication skills to create engaging visual content that informs, educates, entertains, or persuades audiences across digital and print platforms.
The ideal candidate can communicate complex messages through illustrations, infographics, sequential art, motion graphics, presentations, and other visual storytelling formats while maintaining brand consistency and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visual narratives that communicate stories, data, concepts, or brand messages.
  • Create storyboards, infographics, illustrated content, comics, visual reports, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with writers, marketers, educators, content creators, and subject matter experts to develop visual storytelling solutions.
  • Translate written content into engaging visual formats that improve audience understanding and retention.
  • Design layouts, characters, icons, and visual elements that support narrative flow.
  • Produce graphics for websites, social media, publications, training materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
  • Research audience needs and adapt visual storytelling techniques accordingly.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as needed.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in graphic design, visual communication, and digital storytelling.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, visual storytelling, or content creation.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through visual design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and information design.
