Job Description Summary:The Brand Visual Design Intern supports the Group Visual Team in developing and executing visual communication materials that strengthen brand consistency and enhance customer engagement. This role provides hands-on experience across brand identity, marketing design, corporate communications, digital content, event graphics, and production support while collaborating with designers and cross-functional stakeholders. The intern gains exposure to professional design processes, creative problem-solving, and brand standards within a fast-paced corporate environment.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Production & Asset Creation
  • Create visual assets for presentations, internal communications, marketing materials, social media, and event-related projects.
  • Support design production tasks including image editing, layout adjustments, resizing, and file preparation.
  • Assist with the development of digital and print collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Apply established design guidelines and templates across creative deliverables.
Brand Support & Visual Consistency
  • Support maintenance of corporate and brand identity standards.
  • Assist in organizing and updating brand asset libraries, templates, and visual resources.
  • Review materials for visual consistency, typography, color accuracy, and brand compliance.
  • Help ensure all creative materials reflect established brand guidelines.
Project Coordination & Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with designers and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions.
  • Support project tracking, asset management, and creative workflow processes.
  • Assist with communication and coordination among internal teams when needed.
Research & Creative Exploration

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Perform additional creative support tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.

The anticipated compensation range is
