You'll lead from the front-executing visual strategy, guiding floor movement, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure every display tells a compelling story that drives sales. Requirements
  • Visual Execution & Design
    • Execute The Dump's outlet-style merchandising approach, featuring primarily rowed product with selective vignettes in key areas (in alignment with merchandising directives; partner closely with the Category Managers to ensure product placement supports inventory flow and sales strategy.
    • Maintain and elevate the overall visual experience across the showroom floor
    • Execute merchandising updates quickly and efficiently prior to store opening
    • Interpret and localize seasonal concepts from leadership
    • Design compelling vignettes using furniture, accessories, and lighting
    • Ensure all displays are showroom-ready (clean, styled, and complete)

    Innovation & Strategy
    • Continuously introduce fresh, trend-forward display ideas
    • Leverage customer insights and local market preferences in design decisions
    • Support product launches and ensure seamless floor integration

    Operational Excellence
    • Coordinate merchandise flow to/from the showroom, ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Partner with sales, operations, inventory control, category management and leadership to align execution
    • Maintain proper documentation and scanning of product movement
    • Manage timelines and deliverables with strong attention to detail

    Leadership & Collaboration
    • Supervise and direct floor crew in merchandising execution
    • Hold team accountable for standards, dependability, efficiency, and quality
    • Collaborate across departments to support sales and customer engagement
    • Assist customers and sales associates with design solutions to drive conversion
