Position:  Visitor Experience Associate
 Location: Palm Beach, Florida
The Henry Morrison Flagler Museum is dedicated to preserving Henry Flagler’s legacy and celebrating America’s Gilded Age—a time that helped shape our nation’s prosperity and generosity. We are seeking a Visitor Experience Associate to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
What You’ll Do
  • Sell admission tickets, program tickets, and museum memberships
  • Accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
  • Greet and assist visitors with tour options, and materials as well as any physical accommodations needed
  • Support in assisting with museum programs and events
What We’re Looking For
  • Professional, engaging communication skills
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers
  • Bilingual skills are a plus 
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of customer service and cash handling experience
  • Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 5–15 lbs
