In this position...
  • You will provide direct care, patient education, and the management of the applicable therapy (physical, occupational, or speech) called for in the patient's treatment plan.
  • Consult with and educate other care team members concerning applicable patient assessment and treatment protocols.
  • Serve as a rehabilitation resource for the care team.
  • Evaluate the patient's response to therapy services, assess service needs on an ongoing basis, arrange additional therapy services required, and obtain physician orders for such services.
  • Clinical record documentation demonstrates compliance with physician orders for care provided and the frequency of visits.
  • Ensure clinical documentation and Oasis time points are complete, accurate, and submitted with an error rate of less than 20%.
  • Serves as a preceptor to others when needed or requested.
Do you have....
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • 2 or more years of experience full-time OT
  • Home Health experience preferred
  • Current GA OT License
  • Must have a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
