KuemperCares is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the community through innovative programs and compassionate service. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our KuemperCares initiatives, oversee program development, and foster community engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader committed to social impact and organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and oversee community outreach programs aligned with KuemperCares' mission and strategic goals.

- Lead a team of program managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies.

- Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.

- Manage budgets, grants, and resources efficiently to maximize program impact.

- Advocate for community needs and represent KuemperCares at public events, meetings, and conferences.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.


Skills and Qualifications:
