We are currently seeking qualified, team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing assistance to Residents in performing their activities of daily living in a manner conducive to supporting safety, comfort, and personal dignity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing, showers and toileting when necessary
  • Respond to calls from patients for assistance or treatment and alert medical staff to pending emergency situations
  • · Encourage all residents to get exercise and participate in scheduled activities
  • Engage in housekeeping tasks such as replacing linens on beds, cleaning patient rooms and removing and replacing trash bag
  • Work with dining room personnel to ensure that all residents get the correct meals and that all residents can eat to the best of their ability

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED
  • Active CNA License in New Jersey
  • Able to Communicate Clearly in English Verbally and in Writing
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Strong Bedside Manner
  • Ability to work together in Supporting a Team Atmosphere
