Triad Metals is seeking a Machine Operator to join our exceptional team in Columbia City, Indiana.At the core of our company's mission is the importance of strong relationships that extend from our teammates within the organization to our vendors and customers alike. These vital relationships allow us to achieve maximum efficiency in our operations and service. The need to innovate and constantly look ahead is another guiding principle of our team.Successful Candidates will be expected to:Operate a variety of processing equipment.Operate a variety of material handling equipment.Read and interpret simple blueprints.Use measuring tools such as a tape measure, micrometer, and box caliper.Convert fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions and have the ability to add and subtract fractions.Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment.Meet all quality assurance standards.Follow all safety and operating instructions.Perform all other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Required Experience High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience in operating a plasma/oxy-fuel plate burning machine.Experience in operating a robotic thermal cutting machine. Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt position which includes medical, dental, vision benefits, Paid Time Off, voluntary benefits, and company matched 401(k).
