Generate new business through proactive outreach and lead generation

Requirements

1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence and positivity in outbound calling and closing deals

Coachable mindset with a learners attitude

Strong organizational and time management skills

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
