Job Description

This position requires a mid-level individual with Strong Knowledge of MS Office tools including Access, SharePoint, Excel with VBA scripting, Power Point, Visio and Java Scripting. This person should understand the Project Management Best Practices and ensure Excellence in Support Services. This person should have 5 + years in the development, preparation, analysis and submission of Project Summary Reports. This person should have worked in a similar environment and understands the Project Management Tools (P6 preferably), Portfolio Management tools (OPPM preferably) and JDE.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:


Strong knowledge of MS Office tools including Access, SharePoint and Excel with VBA scripting, Power Point, Visio and Java Scripting.

Understanding of relational databases

Understanding the project management best practices

Understanding of how to ensure excellence in support services

5+ years in the development, preparation, analysis and submission of project and portfolio summary reports.

Strong understanding and experience in technology with demonstrated Infrastructure and Application expertise

Ability to Execute and Prioritize a number of tasks simultaneously

Proven practical experience with Analysis, Project Management and Project delivery

Strong Service mindset and ability to deliver technology solutionsย 

Ability to understand a problem or request from multiple perspectives and different points of view

Innovative, collaborative, flexible and adaptable

Strong written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering

5 + years of overall EPMO experience, IT and Project Management

5+ years of overall Project methodology or Process experience

5+ years of development of MS-Access, MS-Excel with VBA scripting, MS-SharePoint, Power Point, Visio and Java Scripting.

PMP and/or Six Sigma black belt certification desired

Access, SharePoint, Strong Excel, VBA scripting, PowerPoint, Visio, Java Scripting.
