The Role

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating the flow of materials, components and information through our supply chain as a direct enabler to the wider business.

You will work closely with Buyers, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Finance to ensure materials are available when required and that our supply chain data, processes and systems remain accurate and reliable. This is a hands‑on role in a rapidly scaling manufacturing environment. You will need to be highly organised, comfortable working with data and able to coordinate across multiple teams to ensure effective delivery.

What You'll Do Supply Chain Coordination
  • Coordinate the day-to-day flow of components and materials through the supply chain to support manufacturing and customer delivery.
  • Monitor material availability and proactively identify potential shortages or supply risks.
  • Work closely with Buyers to ensure purchase orders and supplier commitments support production requirements.
  • Track incoming materials and ensure expected deliveries align with production requirements.
  • Support production planning by ensuring material requirements are understood, visible and accurately reflected in the supply chain.
  • Identify potential supply constraints early and escalate them to the relevant team(s).
Supplier & Component Onboarding
  • Own the onboarding process for new suppliers into the Dexory supply chain.
  • Coordinate with Buyers, Finance, Quality, Engineering and other relevant teams to ensure new suppliers are fully set up and ready to transact.
  • Ensure all required supplier information, documentation and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
  • Set up and maintain supplier records within the relevant ERP/MRP and procurement systems.
  • Coordinate the internal processes required to introduce new suppliers and components into production.
  • Identify opportunities to make supplier onboarding faster, more consistent and scalable as Dexory grows.
Systems, Data & Inventory
  • Maintain accurate purchase order, supplier, item and inventory information within our ERP/MRP systems.
  • Maintain and improve supplier and item master data.
  • Work cross functionally to monitor stock levels and highlight excess, obsolete or shortage risks.
  • Ensure supply chain data is accurate, timely and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards and KPIs.
  • Support improvements to supply chain systems, processes and reporting.
Process Improvement
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing supply chain processes.
  • Help develop scalable processes and ways of working as Dexory grows.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning, procurement, inventory and manufacturing.
  • Take ownership of operational issues and work collaboratively to find practical solutions.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in a supply chain, procurement, materials planning, manufacturing or operations role.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, robotics, electronics, automotive or technology environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with ERP, MRP or procurement systems.
  • Experience managing or maintaining supplier, purchasing or inventory data.
  • Experience onboarding suppliers or setting up suppliers within an ERP/MRP or procurement system.
  • A good understanding of inventory, material requirements and supply chain processes.
  • Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills and confidence working with data.
  • The confidence to challenge inaccuracies and ensure data and processes are maintained to a high standard.
