Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. This role focuses on individualized treatment planning, strong clinical outcomes, and delivering an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused therapy services.

Qualifications:
