Job description

We’re working with a fast-growing, venture-backed healthcare startup reimagining how patients access outpatient care. Backed by $32M in Series A funding and led by proven founders, the company is building a modern healthcare experience that blends virtual and in-person services—designed for transparency, speed, and trust.

As they expand their clinical team, we’re looking for board-certified physicians who are excited to deliver high-quality virtual care in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide patient-centered virtual care through chat and video visits

  • Coordinate with triage nurses, specialists, and other team members

  • Manage referrals, lab orders, and imaging requests

  • Document and communicate using tools like AthenaHealth, Slack, and Zendesk

  • Participate in collaborative care delivery with operations, engineering, and product teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Licensed in at least 2 major states (CA, NY, TX, FL preferred)

  • Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with AthenaHealth is a plus

  • Compact license holder is a bonus

  • Based in the U.S. (East or West Coast preferred)

  • Strong communicator with an empathetic, patient-first mindset

  • Comfortable with startup pace and change

  • No malpractice history or frequent short tenures

If you’re passionate about modernizing healthcare and want to make an impact on how care is delivered at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
