What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, UTVs, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative service
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, fuel systems, charging systems, drivetrains, suspension components, and engines
  • Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs accurately and efficiently
  • Install accessories, performance upgrades, and OEM components
  • Assemble and prepare new units for customer delivery
  • Maintain repair documentation and technician notes
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Specialists to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


What We're Looking For


Required

  • Previous experience as a Powersports Technician, Motorcycle Technician, ATV Technician, UTV Technician, Marine Technician, Automotive Technician, Diesel Technician, or similar mechanical repair professional
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Personal tools and toolbox
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship


Preferred

  • Dealership experience
  • OEM certifications
  • Experience with Can-Am, Polaris, Yamaha, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, or Ski-Doo products
  • Electrical diagnostic experience
  • Experience using service software and repair documentation systems

Typical Earnings
