What if we could create a community of supportive veterinary professionals who collectively used their individual strengths to contribute to the care of all pets? One where animal welfare is elevated by the supportive relationships between our local general practices and the best specialty care available? Our vision for a different kind of specialty hospital was inspired by numerous discussions of the ongoing shortage of specialty services and the need for a real connection between specialists, general practitioners, and our patients. Community Care Veterinary Specialists, in beautiful Gainesville, Florida, is a privately owned small animal specialty hospital in North Central Florida.
