The phone's ringing, the lobby's got three wagging tails and one very unimpressed cat in a carrier, and you're still smiling by 9am, checking in a nervous new patient with a joke that actually lands. That's a normal Tuesday at Animal Hospital of Shawnee Hills.
About the Practice
Animal Hospital of Shawnee Hills has served the Powell, Ohio community since 2012, and the team takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously. Our hospital is AAHA accredited, putting it among just 15% of veterinary hospitals nationally to earn that distinction, and it's a certified Cat Friendly Practice with several Fear-Free Certified team members on staff. Services range from preventive and wellness care to surgery, hospitalization, and end-of-life care, all backed by modern technology and a genuinely close-knit team. We're looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join that team, someone ready to bring warmth, organization, and a little personality to the front desk. This is a place where good medicine and a good sense of humor are expected to coexist.
What You'll Help Make Possible

Required:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary or customer-service setting

Schedule
  • Full-time, Swing shift
  • 8.5-hour shifts
  • Rotating weekends
