• Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments, including screening and diagnosis, to develop tailored treatment plans compatible with clients' needs.
• Provide age-appropriate individual psychotherapy, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities suited to distinct client situations.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups, including those focused on psychoeducation and support, for children and families.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to refine therapy techniques and remain compliant with licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress, ensuring both compliance and effectiveness of care.
• Collaborate closely with families, schools, and other community agencies to coordinate comprehensive service delivery that supports the child's or family’s overall well-being.
• Participate in clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews to enhance therapeutic delivery and personal performance.
• Implement trauma-informed care practices and culturally sensitive methodologies to meet the varied needs of our clients.

Your work will primarily focus on adults, children, and adolescents facing mental health challenges, including those with co-occurring substance use issues. You will be instrumental in creating supportive therapeutic environments where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences. Understanding the unique developmental needs of younger clients will be crucial as you tailor your treatment approaches accordingly.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An independent state license such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC is required to practice in your area.
• Proven ability to manage complex caseloads efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care.
• Strong typing and computer proficiency for comprehensive documentation and communication within electronic medical records.
• Demonstrated skills in professional email communication and collaboration within a remote work setting.

• Substantial experience working directly in mental health counseling, preferably within outpatient settings.
• Experience conducting group therapy sessions and family interventions.
• A background in substance misuse treatment and trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with community resources and agencies to support client referrals and coordination.
• Skills in utilizing various treatment modalities tailored to individuals and family dynamics.
