We are looking for a strong and confident nursing leader. In this job, you will guide a team, support our residents, and help keep our community a positive place to live and work. As the Director of Nursing, you will make important decisions, set expectations, and help create a caring and respectful environment.

What You Will Do
  • Plan and manage all parts of the Nursing Department
  • Make sure we follow all federal, state, and local rules
  • Ensure residents receive high‑quality care
  • Handle staff issues and work with Human Resources and the Executive Director
  • Act as the Executive Director when they are away
  • Hire and schedule nursing staff
  • Lead and join monthly nursing meetings

Qualifications
  • Active Nursing License (RN or LPN)
