• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client's unique mental health needs.

Your work will predominantly involve supporting clients from various demographics who are navigating an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance with clients through virtual platforms.
• Strong empathy and compassion towards clients, fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively schedule sessions and maintain client records remotely.

• Experience providing telehealth services is highly preferred, although training will be provided to all new hires.
• Prior work in diverse settings, including community mental health, private practice, or clinical environments is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.
