About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Demonstration Senior Lead within the Business Growth Strategy functional area to support recruiting and business development efforts by showcasing Wells Fargo Advisors' platform capabilities to prospective advisors.

This role serves as a subject matter expert, translating technology features into clear, practical business value. You will help prospective advisors understand how Wells Fargo Advisors' platform enhances productivity, client experience, and long-term growth, while also influencing strategic growth initiatives across the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, recruiting, and advisor growth and is critical in helping prospective advisors visualize how Wells Fargo Advisors' platform supports their practice today and scales with them over time. Ideal candidates are energized by translating technology into tangible business impact, engaging directly with advisors to influence decisions, and supporting platform adoption to drive overall recruiting and growth success.


In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor within the Business Growth Strategy functional area to senior leadership to develop and influence initiatives that promote and advance companywide finance growth opportunities

  • Deliver engaging virtual and in-person technology demonstrations to prospective advisors and teams, highlighting key workflows across the advisor lifecycle

  • Translate platform capabilities into tangible business outcomes, including account opening efficiency, client and portfolio management, financial planning, reporting, and trading functionality

  • Participate in processes to identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities and support growth strategies aligned with advisor recruiting and platform expansion

  • Lead business development strategies requiring in-depth evaluation of advisor needs, technology positioning, and competitive differentiation

  • Support Business Growth Strategy initiatives designed to maximize growth opportunities, improve advisor experience, and increase adoption of key platform capabilities

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on innovative strategies that integrate technology demonstrations with broader recruiting and growth objectives

  • Partner closely with Recruiting, Market Leaders, Product teams, and other stakeholders to align demonstrations with advisor priorities and business goals

  • Manage demonstration pipeline activities, including coordination, scheduling, delivery, and follow-up to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience

  • Participate in onboarding sessions, workshops, and training efforts to reinforce platform value and drive adoption among new advisors

  • Maintain strong awareness of platform enhancements, advisor technology trends, and competitive positioning to continuously refine demonstration messaging

  • Collaborate across all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as a trusted advisor within the Business Growth Strategy functional area


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technology concepts into clear, advisor-relevant value propositions

  • Experience supporting financial advisors, wealth management platforms, or advisor technology ecosystems

  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across recruiting, field leadership, and product teams

  • Knowledge of advisor workflows including account opening, financial planning, portfolio management, and trading

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel for in-person advisor meetings, recruiting events, and demonstrations as needed

  • Participate in both virtual and in-person engagements with prospective advisors and internal stakeholders

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and consistency in delivering demonstrations aligned to Wells Fargo Advisors' brand and value proposition

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$139,000.00 - $217,000.00
