The Process Recovery, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to join our innovative telehealth team. As a member of our telehealth team, you will communicate through secure video conferencing tools, enabling seamless interactions with clients while maintaining confidentiality and trust. Our technology is designed specifically for mental health practitioners, ensuring you spend more time focusing on patient care and less on administrative tasks.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing our secure platform to engage with adult clients experiencing various emotional challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.
• Implement evidence-based assessments to monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions thoroughly and accurately, using our intuitive software for accurate record-keeping, which enhances the quality of care you provide.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experienced mental health professionals to discuss complex cases, seek clinical insights, and share best practices.

You will primarily serve adult clients from diverse backgrounds, each with unique mental health needs. Our client population includes individuals seeking relief from mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. The diverse nature of our clientele makes cultural competence and inclusivity vital components of your therapeutic practice, ensuring that all clients feel understood and respected.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A demonstrated commitment to providing quality mental health care, particularly in a remote environment.

• At least 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling, including a minimum of one year as an independently licensed practitioner.
• Proficiency in using evidence-based therapy techniques, with a focus on treating anxiety and depression.
• Experience providing care that is inclusive and culturally sensitive, adapting therapeutic approaches to fit diverse populations.

The Process Recovery, Ltd offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
