This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote setup using telehealth technology, bringing mental health services directly into the homes of our clients. You can craft your work schedule, allowing you to choose your own hours between Monday and Friday. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations to assess client mental health status and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ goals, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using solution-focused and evidence-informed therapeutic approaches.
• Utilize innovative teletherapy techniques to conduct engaging virtual sessions that foster a supportive environment.
• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed on the latest mental health best practices and industry trends.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective connection with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, essential for maintaining a productive therapy practice.

While we are open to candidates with varied levels of experience, we prefer applicants who have prior teletherapy experience and an understanding of how to engage clients in a virtual setting. Experience working with diverse populations or specialized therapeutic methodologies will be considered an asset.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, influenced by caseload and experience.
