We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MS Power Platform Developer/Architect to join our team.

Job Summary:

This position is needed to create a system to be used for statewide billing for establishments holding food, lodging, pool and tattoo permits. An existing software is end of life and due to be deprecated. The resource will be tasked with recreating the functionality of that system in Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Elements of the system will include: a pipeline to mirror SQL data held in an AWS hosted cloud DB down to Dataverse, where the lists of active facilities can be extracted to serve as the census for establishments to be billed. Automations linked to Dynamics records will create invoices, send them to email addresses on file, and track payments received or outstanding.

To facilitate the online payments, PayIt will beleveraged. We can direct payees to PayIt via their invoice emails, and PayItwill provide a report back to Dynamics to be consumed and converted into Payments records, corresponding to open Invoices which can then be marked closed.

Some payments will be received by check, in which case the Dynamics system will need to be capable of logging checks received, submitted to the controller, and reconciled in order to square our records to NCFS.

All communication around invoicing is to take place through the case management system, logging calls and emails with relationships defined to associated records (Contact, Case, Invoice for example).

A reporting system will be needed to look at invoicing metrics and program performance.

An essential requirement will be the creation of a robust ALM system using 3environments (Development, UAT and PROD) where guids and other components are synchronized throughout to allow for seamless promotion of new functionality.
