Job Description

The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines for store leadership and frontline positions across the company’s attraction, destination and hospitality retail operations. The role is focused on identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified talent in competitive U.S. labor markets, ensuring recruiting teams have a consistent flow of high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in sourcing hourly and management talent using a variety of recruiting channels, social media, networking, and community partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for store leadership positions and front-line team members in difficult employment markets.
  • Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, job boards, social media, ATS databases, referrals, and networking to build talent communities for recurring and high-volume hiring needs.
  • Monitor local labor market trends, hiring competition, and compensation benchmarks and recommend sourcing strategies for markets experiencing talent shortages.
  • Identify alternative talent pools and community partnerships to improve applicant flow.
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates through email, phone, text, and social platforms.
  • Manage the company’s employer brand across online recruiting and employer review platforms by maintaining current content, responding to candidate and employee feedback, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to promote a positive employment experience and strengthen talent attraction efforts.
  • Support hiring events, career fairs, community outreach, and virtual recruiting campaigns.
  • In collaboration with Training & Development, create and deliver best hiring practices training for peak hiring seasons.
  • Assist with job posting optimization to improve applicant conversion.
  • Continuously evaluate sourcing channels and recommend improvements.
  • Create and maintain recruiting assets for in-market use.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 2–5 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
  • Experience sourcing for retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other customer‑facing industries.
  • Experience supporting high‑volume hourly hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant search techniques and sourcing platforms.
  • Experience building branding and social media recruiting campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or Hospitality Management.
  • Experience sourcing talent in Hawaii.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Experience sourcing store leadership positions.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter advanced sourcing experience.
  • SHRM, HRCI, or AIRS Certification.
Pay

$85,000 - $95,000 DOE

Physical Demands
  • While performing the duties of this job, the Talent Sourcing Specialist is frequently required to stand; walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The Talent Sourcing Specialist must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to travel.
