Virtual Speech Language Pathologist

Pay Range:

$46-$54/hour


Job Description:

2026-2027 School Year | $46-$54/hour | Part-Time & Full-Time | Remote - Indiana | School-Based | IN SLP License and Educator License Required

About the Role:

Providing speech and language therapy services to students virtually in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning

  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members

  • Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals

  • Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews

  • Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred:

  • One year of experience in speech therapy

  • Department of Education certification

  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs

  • Experience with school-based caseload management
